Refund & Exchange Policy

  • 7 days exchange policy is applicable to products only.
  • Products exchange is applicable only if the product is unopened/ intact and deemed in good condition.
  • No cash refund for products purchased.
  • Promotional and/or discounted services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

5-Day Cooling-Off Period for Treatment Package/ Programme

  • We practice a 5-day cooling-off period for purchases of treatment package/ programme.
  • Customers may have a full refund of payment after less any service charge by the electronic payment provider. i.e. banks terminal, NETS, etcs..
  • The cooling-off period is not applicable to trial sessions in which the treatments have been utilised.

Package Usage and Expiry

  • Packages are non-transferable and there are strictly no extension on the expiry dates.
  • Customers are required to sign off at the end of each session on the customer package record, and balance sessions will be advised accordingly. 

Late Arrival & Cancellation

  • Customers are advised to arrive at least 10mins before their appointments.
  • Treatment time will be affected for customers who are late. 
  • Customers are advised to give 1 day advance notice for cancellation/re-schedule of appointment.
  • In the event, of ‘No Show’ a fee of $10 will be charged.

Spa Etiquette

  • Mobile phones must be switch off or switched to silent mode when in treatment premises.
  • Customers are advised to keep their volume down to minimise any disturbances to other customers. ‘Let's make it an enjoyable and pleasant environment for all’

Declaration from Customer

  • Customers should seek their medical consultant to verify that they are medically fit to undertake the treatment.
  • Customers must inform us on any hurt, injuries, health condition and medication consumed before the treatments.
  • All Customers must be of 21 years old or above.

Regulatory Requirements

  • Under the Massage Establishment Act, (B) clause 9 (1), all customers are required to furnish their personal particulars on their visit. 
  • No person below the age of 18 years shall be permitted in the licensed establishment. 

Customer Confidentiality

  • Customer particulars and service records are strictly confidential and will only be use for the purpose of marketing, sales and billing transactions only.
  • Customers particulars and service records are only limit to local law enforcement agencies with required legal procedures.

Payment & Price

  • We only accept payment in cash (Singapore currency), Nets, Visa, Master and Amex. 
  • Prices of all products and services will be made known to the customer before the payment.
  • Prices of all products and services are fixed based on our net selling price list. 
  • Promotional and discounted prices will be stated clearly on the marketing materials and shall be made known to customers before the payment or treatment.
