Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer experiences with value added services and credible advices
  • Establish and maintain sustainable long-term customer relationships through interactive communication and attentive follow up
  • Gather responses from customers on treatments, services and recommendations rendered
  • Communicate and manage customers’ feedback effectively between departments
  • Document and provide timely resolutions to customers’ concerns and/or feedback
  • Anticipate and identify customers’ needs to increase customer satisfaction level
  • Explore and generate new ideas to increase customer satisfaction, growth and retention

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience 
  • Pleasant disposition and well groomed
  • Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
  • Able to write and respond professionally to customers via email
  • Positive attitude and self motivated 
  • Independent, reliable and good team player

Beautician

Responsibilities:

  • To perform individual analysis and treatments for customers according to company’s standard
  • Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable services and products
  • Develop relationships with customers, win acceptance, loyalty and commitment
  • Observe, monitor condition and customised treatments according to condition
  • Achieve treatment goals with customers and meet sales targets 
  • Committed to learning and upgrading new skills and knowledge
  • Any ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Possess Nitec in beauty course or CIBTAC/CIDESCO certification 
  • Min 3 years’ experience in beauty industry
  • Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
