Yes, it is recommended to make an appointment for all services at least 2 weeks in advance. Any last-minute request or walk-in is based availability.
You will receive a SMS or WhatsApp reminder 2 days prior to your appointment.
Once you have selected your choice of treatment, we would require payment before service is provided.
Customers of Carragheen must be above the age of 18 years of age to enjoy our services.
For First time clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment for first time registration. Please take note that we are license under the Massage Establishment Act, (B) clause 9 (1), where all customers are required to furnish their personal particulars on their visit.
You will be assisted by our consultant to understands your beauty goals and recommend the best suitable treatment(s) and products for you.
We kindly request for you to switch your mobile phones to silent mode in our treatment premises to minimise any disturbance to other customers. Thank you for keeping Carragheen an enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant environment for everyone.
Your prompt arrival will help us ensure that all clients to receive their service in a timely manner. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
In the event of a late arrival, Carragheen reserves the right to reduce the duration of the treatment accordingly and end the session at the scheduled time.
A reminder SMS or WhatsApp message will be sent to you 2 days prior to your appointment. Should you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform our team at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours will be regarded as a Last Minute Cancellation. For Last Minute Cancellations and No Shows, there will be a charge of $10.
