WAXING

This is an alternative to hair removal creams or gels and shaving. You can wax your legs, arms, underarms, upper lip, chin, eyebrows, bikini or have a Brazilian Wax.

When you arrive, you'll be taken to a private waxing area, depending on the area you wish to wax, the therapist ill cleanse & prepare you for the waxing treatment.

While the benefits of waxing are without question, some women still see the treatment as too painful to endure. Not any more! You can now experience a relatively pain free method of waxing.

Shaving stimulates potential hair growth and strengthens the hair follicle. Shaving also cuts the hair which causes re-growth with a "stubbly" feel.

No, on the contrary, it comes back softer, thinner and weaker over time. The more often you wax, the better. We recommend that you do not shave in between waxing.

It depends on the area & the amount of hair needed to be waxed. We do not recommend that you wax delicate area by yourself.

A traditional Brazilian Bikini Wax leaves a vertical strip in the front; hair is not removed from the labia. A full Brazilian or a Full Monty as some calls it, removes everything, completely smooth everywhere under your underwear.

With Brazilian Wax, you will not have the stubble, itch or the razor burn that comes with shaving and you don't have to worry about slicing yourself with a razor blade. And above all, you'll never have to worry about "escaping tendrils" again.

This varies from individual to individual, due to the random direction of hair growth in the area, ingrown are possible. To avoid this, we recommend that you adhere to the after-wax regime of exfoliation and more exfoliation and to use an after wax cream to sooth the area treated.

We understand that going bare all at once can be jarring experience. Feel free to take it slow, you can start off with a bikini wax which removes the hair around your actual bikini line. Next, try a "full" bikini, which removes most of your pubic hair. When you are ready, you can move on to the full Brazilian Wax.

If you are using accutane, or any other anti-acne drugs, please consult with your doctor before a wax, these medications can sometimes thin the skin which can cause skin to be removed with the wax. If you are using Retin-A, you should not wax the area being treated. Do not swim, suntan or work out right after a wax as this could cause the skin to breakout. You are advised to give yourself a scrub on the area being treated, this will help reduce ingrown.

IPL

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a broad-based light in multiple wavelengths which transmit energy to destroy and disables the follicle.

Any area of unwanted hair can be treated. Most common areas of concerns are underarms, legs, bikini, upper lips and back.

As the hair texture and hair growth cycle varies in individual, number of sessions required may be different.

The session can take as fast as 10mins to 45mins, depending on the area targeted.

It is alright to have it done. However, areas can be more sensitive than usual and may not be suitable during heavy cramps or flow.

Clients who undergoes the treatment of Rectin-A and Accutane within the preceding 6 months.

Pregnant woman should not be receiving the treatment.

Skin infection and diseases are also not suitable for the treatment.
