- If you currently have eyelash extensions done at another salon, please inform us ahead of time. A removal fee may apply depending on the condition of the existing set.
- For optimal results, we recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a lash lift before getting eyelash extensions. This allows your natural lashes to relax and ensures better adherence.
- If you’re experiencing any eye inflammation (e.g. styes, conjunctivitis), we advise rescheduling your appointment. Your eye health and safety are our priority.
Aftercare Tips
- Avoid direct water pressure from the shower and excessive splashing over your new eyelash extensions.
- Gently comb your lashes immediately after face washing to maintain shape and neatness.
- Steer clear of oil-based eye products that can weaken the adhesive.

How long does a lash extension session take?
A full set of eyelash extensions usually takes 60–120 minutes, depending on the volume applied and your desired lash design. Refill sessions will usually take 30–60 minutes, where spoiled lashes will be removed and cleansed before the replacement of extensions to refresh the look.
What aftercare products should I use with extensions?

• Keeping your lashes clean prevents dirt trapping along the lash line, which might cause bacterial infection. Lash shampoo and cleansing lotion will helps to remove excess oil, dirt and makeup products. Carefully use these cleanser with microswabs as this fibres will not pull and tug eyelash extensions during cleansing process.
• Perfect coating gel can be applied lightly to the base of the extensions 2 to 3 times a week to secure the extensions’ glue. This step helps to prolong eyelash extensions longevity.
• Protect and grow natural lashes while having eyelash extensions is possible! Apply lash protein serum, clinically proven for healthy lash growth. Simply apply lightly on the root after cleansing, 2 to 3 times times a week to ensure strong healthy lashes with extensions.

I always do Russian, D curl, 9-13 mm lashes with Elly. Booking and rescheduling are easy via WhatsApp. The environment is also usually quite quiet, which is great for introverts like me. It might not be the cheapest lash extension services on the market, but I get quietness, no hardselling of packages, and lashes that last (caveat; one has to maintain the lashes. Can’t expect to be thin if one eats and doesn’t exercise).

I always have this nagging ache around the bottom of my back shoulder blade due to bad sitting posture and I used to do regular full body massage (twice a month), the really hard kind similar to Thai massage, as well as TCM cupping and tuina, yet the ache kept coming back.
