Where do you ship to?

Carragheen provides local and overseas delivery for our products.

For overseas purchases, kindly place your orders via WhatsApp at +65 9003 3391. Delivery fees will be based on international carrier charges.


What are the delivery options available?

Carragheen offers 2 delivery options in Singapore, with order tracking services.

  • Standard Courier Delivery at $5 (3 – 5 Working Days)
  • Express Courier Delivery at $10 (1 – 2 Working Days)

Enjoy free standard courier delivery for orders above $100!

Please note that:

  • Orders received before 5pm will be processed on the actual day. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next day.
  • Orders received after 5pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed only on Monday.


Can I request for specific delivery hours?

Unfortunately our selected couriers are not able to provide specific delivery hours. If you will not be present to receive your items, please leave a note to the courier directly on an alternative secure location to place your order.

You will receive a notification from the courier company usually within 3 hours.


Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes, you may do so by simply selecting “In-Store collection” upon checkout.


What happens when there is a failed delivery?

Please ensure that you are present during the first delivery attempt, or leave a note to the courier to place it somewhere secure for you to retrieve later.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a re-delivery fee of the same courier fee will be applied.
